3D modeled the building in Maya from measurements and photographs.
Created animated textures in After Effects.
Applied textures and set up lights in Unity.
Created destruction effects in Unity with Fracturing And Destruction plugin.
Connected rigid body colliders with geometry representing hands on skeleton detected by Kinect.
Adjusted scripts for interaction sensitivity and camera placement.
Projected onto Tin Shop from across the street.
Kinect was placed at front door so that people could walk up to the building and destroy the facade.
